What you need to request repair within the warranty period | A warranty card is required. Even if the failure is within the warranty period, if the warranty card is not presented, a fee will be charged. |
Warranty Coverage | ・ If the product (hardware) fails within the warranty period under normal use, we will replace or repair it free of charge in accordance with the warranty card. ・Since it is only for customers residing or staying in Japan, the warranty is valid only in Japan. |
Out of Warranty | Even if the failure is within the warranty period, you will be charged in the following cases. ■ If you do not present the warranty card ■ If the date of purchase is not stated in the warranty card, or if the description in this manual is rewritten ■ If there is no proof of purchase issued at the store of purchase ■ If you are requested to repair or replace a malfunction that occurred during the warranty period after the warranty period ends ■ Failure or damage due to errors in use (including failure to use properly in accordance with the precautions in the Quick Start Guide, Web Instruction Manual, etc.) ■ Failure or damage caused by other equipment or due to improper repair or modification ■ Failure or damage due to relocation, transportation, dropping, water damage, etc. after purchase ■ Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, storm and flood damage, lightning strike, other natural disasters, pollution, salt damage, gas damage (sulfide gas, etc.), abnormal voltage, etc. ■ Replacement of worn and worn parts, Replacement of soiled parts ■ Failure or damage due to equipment not specified by our company or consumables connected to this product (XR glasses) ■ When failure or damage due to water entering the inside of this product (XR glass), corrosion due to condensation, etc. is discovered ■ In the case of free samples and consumables (however, this does not apply if the damage is caused by a defect in materials or manufacturing) ■ When a false declaration is made about the cause of the failure |
About the warranty after repair | In the case of repairs performed by the Company, if the repair requested product fails again within 90 days from the repair completion date (the date on which the Company's internal processing is completed and the repair requested product is ready to be handed over to the customer), the Company will repair it free of charge if the Company requests a re-repair within one week from the date of the re-failure. |
Whether or not user registration is required | User registration is not required to receive a warranty within the manufacturer's warranty period (1 year from the date of purchase). |
