| The power turns off on its own, or the battery runs out on its own. | The XR glasses are automatically turned off after about 5 minutes have passed since the XR glasses were removed. In addition, if dirt or foreign matter adheres to the proximity sensor part, it may be falsely detected and the power may not turn off automatically, so the battery may run out. |

If the XR glasses freeze and the screen is stuck or the power cannot be turned off, you can press and hold the power button (for more than 8 seconds) to force the power off. Please note that the power may be forcibly turned off, so data and settings may be lost. |
