Bluetooth connection is not possible, pairing is not possible | ● Make sure that the power of this product is turned on. ● Make sure that the Bluetooth of the smartphone is turned on. ● The number of smartphones that can be paired with this product is one. ● When the machine is automatically connected to an old smartphone that was previously connected, the Bluetooth connection may fail. Connecting to Multiple Smartphones | The number of smartphones that can be paired with XR glasses is one, so if you want to pair with a new smartphone, you need to delete the connection information with the old smartphone. Also, on the old smartphone side, perform the operation to unpair (pair) with the XR glasses. |

Takes a long time to connect | If your phone is in airplane mode or out of range, it will take more than 60 seconds to connect to the XR glasses. |
